Oracle CRM Functional Consultant (Service)
Provide consulting expertise to clients implementing Oracle CRM-Service Applications and implement Oracle Service Applications by analyzing, designing, coding, and testing various modules.
As an Oracle CRM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, and configuration of Oracle CRM/Service applications and modules for our esteemed clients. You will also be contributing to our Oracle Centers of Excellence (COE) via prototypes, utilities, tools, and sharing of knowledge. Your responsibilities will also include contributions to other iGate teams working on proposals, training, and reviews of solutions across the Oracle applications, as well as business blueprints and providing functional assistance to large projects.
Candidates who will succeed at this position will be individuals who have implemented Oracle CRM-Service applications. They will also have experience in Oracle development tools including 6i/2000, PL/SQL, SQL*Plus Discoverer, Workflow, Oracle Applications Framework, and XML Publisher.
They have the ability to understand business needs across the customer relationship and order management processes, and the ability to translate the needs into technical requirements. They will have strong technical knowledge of Oracle tools, dashboards, and metadata tools, and experience in analysis, design, and development of modules using the Oracle tools.
Candidates have experience with Oracle Applications 11i.
Successful Candidates have:
• At least 2 years of experience in Oracle Applications – CRM Service
• Experience in Oracle tools – Developer 6i/2000, PL/SQL, SQL*Plus Discoverer, Workflow, Oracle Applications Framework, XML Publisher, etc.
• Thorough knowledge of Oracle Application Architecture
• Ability to Adhere to Implementation Standards and Project Plans
• Understanding of Project Execution Methodologies, and Desire to Adhere to Quality processes and guidelines
• Experience working with Pre-Sales teams on Proposals and Pilots
• Solution mapping and business blueprint experience
• Ability to Interact with Clients on reporting and analytical needs, and Conduct User Requirement Sessions
• Contributed to Centers of Excellence and have the Desire to be an Oracle Applications Expert
